<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice hull charcoal production apparatus and a method for producing rice hull charcoal which can securely ignite a rice charcoal material. <P>SOLUTION: In the rice hull charcoal production apparatus, a rice hull charcoal material filled into a rice hull charcoal kiln is successively fumigated and burnt from the top side toward the bottom side to produce rice hull charcoal. The apparatus includes: a rice hull charcoal kiln 100 in which the top side is opened; a top cover 300 mounted on the circumferential part on the top side of the rice hull charcoal kiln 100 detachably and closing the opening; and an auxiliary appliance 700. The auxiliary appliance 700 forms an almost circular type gap S1 to become the charge port of kindling and the feed port of air between the rice hull charcoal kiln 100 and the top cover 300 by sandwiching a projection part 720 between the top cover 300 and the circumferential part on the top side of the rice hull charcoal kiln 100, and, after the rice hull charcoal material is ignited, the projection part is pulled out from a space between the top cover 300 and the circumferential part on the top side, thus the gap S1 is gradually narrowed to be closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
