<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a harmful substance treatment apparatus having a simple and compact structure, excellent durability and maintenance performance and excellent safety by enabling discharge to the atmosphere as safe gas. <P>SOLUTION: The harmful substance treatment apparatus includes an aeration tank and a scrubber tank which are communicated with each other. A lower part of the aeration tank includes a micro bubble generating mechanism making micro bubbles generated within the aeration tank and a cleaning fluid come into contact with each other, enabling a highly efficient reaction and neutralization of a harmful gas and the cleaning fluid and capable of collecting and decomposing harmful substances in the gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
