PREPARATION METHOD OF COAL HYDROPYROLYSIS AND GASIFICATION COUPLING AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A preparation method of coal hydropyrolysis and gasification coupling with high utilizing rate of total carbon of raw material and system thereof are provided. The method comprises the following steps: A, drying and preheating raw material coal with granularity less than or equal to 2mm in a coal drying and preheating system (1); B, After drying and preheating, putting 60-80% of raw coal into coal hydropyrolysis furnace (2) to carry out hydropyrolysis reaction, then the pyrolyzed gas phase product was purified and separated; C, putting all the semicoke generated by the coal hydropyrolysis furnace in a coke hydrogasification furnace to carry out hydrogasification, then gasification gas phase product was purified and separated; D, After drying and preheating, putting 20-40% of raw coal and high temperature coke particle from coal hydropyrolysis furnace into hydrogen-rich reactor (4) under interaction of mixed gasification agent of oxygen and water vapor to carry out gasification reaction. The generated hydrogen-rich gas is used as fluidized reaction gas of coal hydropyrolysis furnace.
