<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable confirmation of minutes and management of follow-up for agenda described in the minutes in a project for developing software and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 100 receives minutes or confirmation e-mails of the minutes from an author terminal 130 and terminals of persons concerned 140. Also, the management server 100 transmits minutes confirmation request e-mails attached with minutes to persons concerned. When the confirmation e-mails do not reach or follow-up has not been finished by a reminder date of confirmation or the follow-up for agenda, predetermined reminder e-mails are transmitted to persons concerned. When the confirmation e-mails do not reach by a confirmation deadline, automatic provisional confirmation is performed to forcibly recognize as being confirmed and notification e-mails are transmitted to persons concerned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
