PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of ghosting correction.

SOLUTION: A measurement unit 2131 measures luminance by setting a plurality of levels of gradation values to a dummy pixel circuit 609, and holds it in a measurement information holding unit 2132 in association with the gradation value. A conversion efficiency value calculation unit 2133 calculates a conversion efficiency value according to a relation between the gradation value and the luminance value. A current volume deterioration value calculation unit 2134 calculates a drive current value corresponding to the gradation value by using the conversion efficiency value and the luminance value held by the measurement information holding unit 2132, calculates a current volume deterioration value by comparing the drive current value with the relation between the gradation value under a correction reference state and the drive current value, and generates current volume deterioration characteristic information.
