A pharmaceutical composition for spleen and stomach caring and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: mixing four substances listed below, and acquiring a mixture being the pharmaceutical composition for spleen and stomach caring: (A) a ginseng ethanolic extract, (B) volatile oils of atractylodes and of orange peel, (C) aqueous extracts of poria, dioscorea, lotus seed, orange peel, licorice, crataegus, malt, atractylodes, and alisma, and (D) a crop fermentation solution.
