PURPOSE: A catalyst support and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the durability of the catalyst support as Teflon is absorbed into a center layer of the silica pad. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst support comprises a center layer, an outer layer, and an outer layer, and a surface layer. The center layer comprises a mixture of Teflon and silica. The outer layer is formed on both sides of the center layer. The outer layer comprises the mixture of the silica and ethylene vinyl acetate resins. The surface layer is respectively formed on an outer surface of the outer layer. The surface layer comprises the mixture of the ethylene vinyl acetate resins and an expanded graphite solution. |
