PURPOSE: A urinal cleaning system having foot plates is provided to reduce a malfunction rate by automatically supplying water flowing through a water supply pipe to a urinal when a user steps foot plates. CONSTITUTION: A urinal cleaning system having foot plates comprises a valve unit(10'), one or more foot plate units(20'), switch units(30'), and a control unit(40'). The valve unit is installed on a water supply pipe connected to a urinal. The foot plate units are installed near the urinal and support the feet of a user. The switch units are operated when the user steps the foot plate units. The control unit controls the operation of the valve unit when the switch units are operated.
