The device (1) has a base support (3) on which a component holder (4) is mounted. Several bearing pins (4a-4d) are arranged on component holder. A spacer sleeve (6) is arranged on mounting plate (5). The bearing pins of the component holder are connected with bearing bushes (7a-7d,10) of base support. The bearing bushes and bearing pin are radially arranged around the central axis of spacer sleeve and into plane of mounting plate. The bearing pins are projected radially from the component holder, so as to protrude into bearing bushes of base support.
