PURPOSE: A unit for repairing and reinforcing a pipeline and a method for repairing a sewer pipe using the same are provided to cope with a bent portion of the pipeline while the units are connected to be overlapped in series. CONSTITUTION: A unit for repairing and reinforcing a pipeline(100) comprises a body(120) and a sleeve(140). The body is formed into a cylindrical shape, in which one end and the other end are opened. The sleeve is formed into a elastic body enclosing an outer part of the body. The sleeve is divided into a body contact unit(142) and a part(144) overlapped on the other unit. The part overlapped on the other unit is extended from the body contact unit, and formed into a constant length.
