PURPOSE: Quality of service(QOS) related fabric control is provided to satisfy performance and/or function objects by proving capability of controlling a communication fabric. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a plurality of fabric interface circuits(12A-12D), a plurality of fabric control circuits(14A-14I), and a plurality of sources and/or destination components(16A-16G). The fabric interface circuits constitute a communication fabric in the system. The communication fabric can provide the components with an access to a memory system. Each fabric interface circuit includes a plurality of ports. The fabric control circuits control one or more transmission forms on the communication fabric. |
