<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restrainer bracket of a new structure. <P>SOLUTION: A hard stop 200 includes a lip clamp 250 for separating and pressing a restrainer bracket and an inlet mixer, and gripping the restrainer bracket, in a nuclear reactor; and a wedge member for pressing the inlet mixer. The wedge member and the lip clamp 250 slide with each other, and are engaged by a method capable of pressing the restrainer bracket and the inlet mixer. The lip clamp includes a clamp arm 251 which grips a surface of the restrainer bracket and an engaging member 252.
