<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance while maintaining excellent three-dimensional moldability and shape stability, and to provide a decorative resin molded article using the decorative sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has at least a base material 11, a transparent film 13 and a surface protection layer 15 in this order, the surface protection layer is formed of a cured article of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition which contains polycarbonate (meth) acrylate and/or acrylic silicone (meth) acrylate.
