<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate appropriate loudness compensation which can maintain listenability of midrange sounds and suppress changes in sound quality feeling in accordance with a setting volume. <P>SOLUTION: When a setting volume is input into an operation input section, a control section 134 refers to loudness control information in a storage section to determine coefficients K<SB POS="POST">L</SB>and K<SB POS="POST">H</SB>corresponding to a low range correction amount and a high range correction amount. The control section 134 next determines a coefficient K<SB POS="POST">M</SB>corresponding to a midrange correction amount according to the determined coefficients K<SB POS="POST">L</SB>and K<SB POS="POST">H</SB>. The control section 134 feeds the coefficients K<SB POS="POST">L</SB>, K<SB POS="POST">H</SB>, and K<SB POS="POST">M</SB>thus determined to a low range correction filter section 212, a high range correction filter section 213, and a midrange correction filter section 214 to set respective correction modes in the low range correction filter section 212, the high range correction filter section 213, and the midrange correction filter section 214. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
