<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product information provision device capable of easily providing a user with information on products that are seen on the street. <P>SOLUTION: A product information provision device 10 for providing product information to a user terminal connected through a network comprises a purchased product management unit 12 and a product information transmission unit 13. The purchased product management unit 12 stores a user ID and information on products purchased by the user in a product database 80. The product information transmission unit 13 acquires other users' IDs for identifying other users around the user having the user terminal, obtains information on products corresponding to the other users' IDs from the product database 80, and transmits the information to the user terminal.
