<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooking sweet potato by which deliciousness of sweet potato can be sufficiently drawn out so as to make many people enjoy to eat the sweet potato. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cooking sweet potato includes: a primary cooking process of baking Anno sweet potato M with steam at a temperature of 160°C followed by baking the sweet potato with steam at a temperature of 140°C to make a primary cooked material P1; and a secondary cooking process of coating the primary cooked material P1 with flour-dissolved batter, and frying the coated cooked material with oil at 170°C for two minutes to make a third cooked material P3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
