<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fused protein of a hepatitis E virus-like particle structural protein with a heterologous protein, which has a large expression amount and is produced efficiently, as a hepatitis E virus-like particle used for a drug carrier. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the fused protein of the hepatitis E virus-like particle structural protein with a heterologous protein, wherein at least one kind of heterologous protein is inserted in the hepatitis E virus-like particle structural protein, and an insertion position of the heterologous protein exists in the region in which the hepatitis E virus-like particle structural protein becomes the particle surface of the E virus-like particle when the hepatitis E virus-like particle structural protein forms the hepatitis E virus-like particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
