<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device improving the separating property of a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing device includes a fixing belt; a pressurizing roller; a nip forming member disposed on an inner peripheral side of the fixing belt; a reinforcing member for supporting the nip forming member from the opposite side to the nip portion; heating means for heating a predetermined area on a nip portion upstream side in the fixing belt; and a flange member 28 composed of a cylinder portion 28a inserted in an inner peripheral portion of an axial end portion of the fixing belt and having an outer peripheral surface rotatably holding a part near the end portion of the fixing belt, and a flange portion 28b. As a cross-sectional shape of the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder portion 28a in the flange member 28, a heating corresponding area 63' corresponding to an area in which the fixing belt is heated by the heating means, has an arc shape of a predetermined radius corresponding to the radius of the fixing belt, and a center 63a' of the arc is positioned on the upstream side in a recording medium carrying direction in regard to a center line 26c in the recording medium carrying direction of the nip forming member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
