<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device capable of restraining increase of an internal pressure without deteriorating a waterproof function of a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: The device has: a battery pack 4; a main body 1 having a recess 12 capable of housing the battery pack 4; a battery cover 2 covering the recess 12; a first sealing member 21 provided on a face of the battery cover 2 opposed to the main body 1, continuously surrounding a periphery of the recess 12 in a frame form except for one part of the periphery, and tightly contacting the main body 1; a lock mechanism 3 provided to the battery cover 2, moving between a first position entering inside the first sealing member 21 from one part of the periphery and a second position extruding from the battery cover 2, and fixing the battery cover 2 to the main body 1 at the second position; and a second sealing member 31 mounted to the lock mechanism 3, continued to the first sealing member 21 at one part of the periphery when the lock mechanism 3 moves to the second position, and tightly contacting the main body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
