<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker capable of attaching an amplifier-incorporating speaker to a wall surface without using speaker attachment fittings. <P>SOLUTION: An AC plug 4 and a slip-proof rubber piece 5 are arranged on the rear surface of a speaker system 1. A bass reflection duct for reinforcing low pitch sound and also for performing heat radiation inside a speaker cabinet 2 and a volume knob for volume adjustment are arranged on the bottom surface of the speaker cabinet 2.
