<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller mill structure which includes a shock absorbing mechanism to prevent or to be able to control excessive vibration generation of a mill body and being stuck of a cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: The roller mill structure includes: a table rotating in a mill body; a plurality of rollers 13 rolling on the table and grinding an object to be crushed; a rotary classifier disposed at the upstream of a powder outlet; and a shock absorbing mechanism 30A that alleviates the transmission of the reaction force that acts as the vibration to the mill body when the crushing object is ground by the rollers 13, wherein in the shock absorbing mechanism 30A an arm 32 one end of which is connected with the rollers 13 and the other end of which is attached with a striker 33A composes a crank mechanism, a cylinder rod tip of a cylinder 34A attached to the mill body is formed as a substantially domed convex curved surface 36, the cylinder rod tip is beaten by a flat surface 37 formed at the striker 33A in a cylinder axis direction to absorb the shock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
