<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in a conventional device for making a fertilizer from organic matter, since the air is blown into the organic matter by using a blower, moisture contained in the organic matter is greatly transpired, thereby inhibiting its fermentation. <P>SOLUTION: This device 10 for making a fertilizer from an organic matter includes: a container body 11 into which an organic matter W to be biologically decomposed is input, and which has an opening 11a formed thereon for taking out the biologically-decomposed organic matter W therethrough; a lid 12 capable of opening/closing the opening 11a of the container body 11; a sealing means 14 for sealing a gap between the lid 12 and the container body 11 in the state where the opening 11a of the container body 11 is blocked by the lid 12; a second opening 16 formed on at least either of the container body 11 and the lid 12; and a gas permeable membrane 17 arranged so as to block the second opening 16, for blocking passage of a solid and a liquid, allowing passage of oxygen molecules in the air, and suppressing passage of steam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
