摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin membrane material for solar radiation heat control, which is suitably used as a membrane material for a tent structure and has both of daylighting and heat insulating properties. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible laminate 1 comprises an insulating resin layer 2 and an infrared ray reflecting resin layer 3 formed on a surface of the insulating resin layer 2. The insulating resin layer 2 comprises filled portions 2-1 formed of a thermoplastic resin composition 2-1-1 including phase transition material-containing particles 2-1-2, and non-filled portions 2-2 formed of bubble particles 4. The filled portions 2-1 have a mixing mass ratio of the thermoplastic resin composition to the phase transition material-containing particles 2-1-2 of 99:1 to 80:20. The proportion of the sum total of the non-filled portions 2-2 relative to the volume of the insulating resin layer 2 accounts for 33 to 66 vol%.
