<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock receiving member which allows for easy manageability of a strike box and a strike box cover which are separate members, easy transportation to a construction site, and easy assembly work or the like at the construction site. <P>SOLUTION: A lock receiving member which is fixed together with a strike plate 23 and has a box-shaped frame structure which forms an insertion space 69 to receive a dead bolt 15 of a lock device 13 comprises: a strike box 33 including a pair of side plates 39 having opposing planes 39b approximately parallel to each other extending in depth direction and fixing pieces 43 extending along the strike plate 23, and a strike box cover 35 which has a plate shape lying along the edges 39a of the side plates of the strike box 33 so as to form the bottom of the strike box 33 and is provided with lug parts 57 overlapping with both of the fixing pieces 43. The base end 61 of the both lug parts of the strike box cover 35 is fitted between the both side plates 39 of the strike box 33, so that recessed engaged parts 51 on the opposing planes 39b of the both side plates 39 and engaging parts 65 formed of projecting pieces disposed at the base end 61 of the both lug parts are combined to constitute engaging means 49 to engage each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
