<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to see a pitch name indication and a meter indication, regardless of an installing state of a tuner. <P>SOLUTION: A tuner with a clip is composed of a clip 20 and a tuner 30 attached to the clip 20, and the tuner 30 is equipped with a display for meter-indicating, for an input pitch, an error between a pitch name which becomes a reference and a reference frequency decided from the pitch name.
