<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-volatile storage or the like making a highly reliable fault diagnosis capable of discriminating between a fault of a sense amplifier and a fault of a memory cell. <P>SOLUTION: A non-volatile storage 1 includes: a first block 10-1 constituted with a first memory cell storing a first data group including test data for each one bit; a second block 10-2 constituted with a second memory cell storing a second data group comprising data complementing each datum of the first data group for each one bit; at least one of differential sense amplifiers 30-1 through 30-N generating an output value based on a difference between two input signals; a diagnosis circuit 40 making a fault diagnosis by using the output value generated by at least the one of differential sense amplifiers 30-1 through 30-N; and a control circuit 90. The control circuit 90 converts a signal based on the test data and complementary data thereof to an input signal to at least the one of differential sense amplifiers 30-1 through 30-N and controls the diagnosis circuit 40 so as to cause the diagnosis circuit 40 to make the fault diagnosis of at least the one of differential sense amplifiers 30-1 through 30-N. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
