<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information more easily. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone 101 stores a playlist and music data acquired by an optional method as data belonging to itself. The portable telephone 101 exchanges the playlist with another device so that they can mutually transfer and receive music data which they each hold as streaming data on the basis of the playlist.
