VISUAL INSPECTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual inspection apparatus excellent in disassemblability and assemblability.

SOLUTION: The visual inspection apparatus comprises: an aligning-feeding device for aligning objects K to be inspected in a row and feeding the same; a conveying device 20 for conveying the fed objects K to be inspected; a first imaging unit 40 for imaging an image of an object K to be inspected having arrived in an imaging area set on the conveyance path; a first optical unit 60 for connecting an optical path between the imaging area and the first imaging unit; an image processing device for analyzing the image of the object K to be inspected and determining quality of the same; and a selecting device for discriminating between non-defectives and defectives among the objects K to be inspected according to the determination result. The first imaging unit 40 and the first optical unit 60 are attachably/detachably connected to a bottom plate 7 respectively so as to face each other across the bottom plate 7.
