<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio receiver which can suppress disturbance of the rhythm of living due to broadcast, and suppress a user's failure in hearing or watching a necessary broadcast program. <P>SOLUTION: The radio receiver comprises: a receiving part which receives information transmitted by radio; a control part which produces and outputs an audio signal based on the received information; an audio output part which outputs, as audio, the audio signal output by the control part; a timepiece part which outputs current time information; and a storage part which stores broadcast time zone information and broadcast content information. If the received information is emergency information, the control part produces an audio signal based on the emergency information, and outputs the audio signal to the audio output part. However, if not so, the control part makes reference to the current time information from the timepiece part, and the broadcast time zone information stored in the storage part. At this time, if the current time information is within a broadcast time zone included in the broadcast time zone information, the control part produces an audio signal based on the received information and outputs the signal to the audio output part, otherwise stores the received information in the storage part as broadcast content information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
