PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable solid preparation containing loxoprofen sodium and vitamin B1 and free from discoloring, content reduction or the like.

SOLUTION: The solid preparation contains loxoprofen sodium or its hydrate and vitamin B1 or its derivative, wherein the loxoprofen sodium or its hydrate and the vitamin B1 and its derivative are present substantially without contacting each other in the preparation.
