<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin particle dispersion liquid in which the particle diameter and shape of the resin particle are uniform, and which is excellent in low-temperature fixability as a liquid developer for electrophotography. <P>SOLUTION: The resin particle dispersion liquid (X) is obtained by: a step of mixing a mixed liquid (L) composed of a solvent solution (L1) of a resin (b) and a dispersion liquid (L2) containing a filler (f) dispersed in a solvent (S) in the presence of a dispersant (I), with a microparticle (A) containing a resin (a) or a microparticle dispersion liquid (P) containing the microparticle (A) dispersed in a non-hydrophilic medium (N), in the non-hydrophilic medium (N), to thereby form a nonaqueous resin dispersion liquid (X1) of a resin particle (C1) in which the microparticle (A) is attached on the surface of the resin particle (B) containing the resin (b), the filler (f) and the solvent (S), and then removing the solvent (S) from the nonaqueous resin dispersion liquid (X1); and a step of making a film of the microparticle (A) of the resin particle (C1) to thereby make a resin particle (C), wherein the dispersant (I) is a block copolymer (BP) having a monomer (α) having a 5-30C aliphatic cyclic hydrocarbon group as a constituting unit, or a graft copolymer (GP) having the monomer (α) as a constituting unit on the main chain moiety. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
