<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage face images of registrants. <P>SOLUTION: An entrance in-store collation part 262 collates respective face images photographed at a store entrance and respective face images photographed in a store from among the face images which are registered in a biological information DB 22, and from among all the face images which are photographed at an exit, retrieves first uncoincident face images which do not coincide with the face images which are photographed at the entrance. An exit/entrance collation part 261 collates the respective face images which are photographed at the entrance and the respective face images which are photographed at the exit from among the face images which are registered in the biological information DB 22, and retrieves second uncoincident face images which do not coincide with the face images which are photographed at the entrance from among all the face images which are photographed in the store. An exit in-store collation part 263 retrieves coincident face images which coincide with the second uncoincident face images out of the first uncoincident face images. An entrance information registration part 264 registers the retrieved coincident face images in the biological information DB 22 as the face images which are photographed at the entrance.
