<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cosmetic that covers irregular color and unevenness of the skin and has a good sense of use even if having a finish of feeling of transparency free from unnatural opacifying power. <P>SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic includes (a) 10-30 mass% of the total of titanium oxide and/or zinc oxide having an average primary particle diameter of <100 nm, (b) 10-50 mass% of spherical elastic resin powder and (c) 0-5 mass% of metal oxide powder having an average primary particle diameter of ≥100 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
