<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a space required for a welding process and the cost of equipment investment by using a template with a simple configuration, and to provide a method for welding a small part that shortens the amount of time required for welding in the welding process. <P>SOLUTION: The method for welding a small part includes the steps of: placing temporarily a small part 2 on a predetermined position 1b of a main panel 1 using the template 3 that is a forming member for regulating a position of the small part 2 in the predetermined position 1b of the main panel 1 in an area (storage area 14) other than a placing base 13 of welding equipment 10 that is equipment for welding the small part 2 to the main panel 1; disposing the main panel 1 on which the small part 2 is temporarily placed on the predetermined position 1b, together with the template 3 on the placing base 13 of the welding equipment 10 and positioning the main panel 1 relative to the welding equipment 10 using the template 3; and separating the template 3 from the main panel 1 on which the small part 2 is temporarily placed, and which is positioned relative to the welding equipment 10, and then welding the small part 2 to the main panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
