<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the water treatment system of steel rolling waste water for stably holding the SS concentration of return water at an extremely low order without making it necessary to alter an existing facility. <P>SOLUTION: This water treatment system of steel rolling waste water includes: an injection volume adjustment unit 20 for holding the target value of the injection volume of PAC and polymer coagulant determined according to SS concentration in raw water for every Cr volume grade of a rolling material, and for adjusting the apertures of a PAC injection gate 11 and a polymer coagulant injection gate 12 so that the injection volume can be matched with the held target value corresponding to an SS concentration value and Cr volume grade value in SS concentration information in current raw water received as necessary and the Cr volume grade information of a rolling material producing the current raw water; and an information generation/transmission unit 30 for generating the Cr volume grade information of the rolling material producing the current raw water from rolling record data, and for generating SS concentration information in the current raw water from raw water quality inspection record data, and for transmitting those information to the injection volume adjustment unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
