Provided are a microscope system, which can efficiently analyze images with high accuracy, an information processing device, and an information processing program. The microscope system is provided with: a microscope (10) that generates an observation image of a sample; a RGB image pickup device (20) that acquires a RGB image of the sample; a spectroscopic measurement device (30) that acquires spectroscopic information of the sample; a first analyzing unit (405) that analyzes the RGB image; a determining unit (407) that determines whether acquisition of the spectroscopic information relating to the sample is necessary or not, on the basis of analysis results obtained from the first analyzing unit (405); and a control unit (410) which controls operations of the spectroscopic measurement device (30), on the basis of the determination result obtained from the determining unit (407). |
