In said refrigerant condenser assembly, it should be possible for a large amount of gas fractions, in particular at low filling levels and/or high mass flow rates, to be deposited in the collecting reservoir (6). Said aim is achieved in that a second flow path from the inlet opening (18) to the outlet opening (19) is formed by a bypass (14), in particular at the collecting reservoir (6), the second flow path bypassing the storage chamber (28) and preferably bypassing the riser pipe (25) at least partially, preferably completely.
