TIN OXIDE PARTICLES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

These tin oxide particles are characterized by having a structure showing, in a Raman spectrum measurement, peaks at least at 37±9 cm-1, 57±9 cm-1, 97±9 cm-1, 142±9 cm-1, 205±9 cm-1, and 255±9 cm-1. These tin oxide particles preferably have an infrared light transmission of 80% or less at a wavelength of 1500 nm. It is also preferable that these particles are conductive. Furthermore, it is preferable that these particles substantially do not contain a dopant element that can exhibit conductivity.
