<p>A 3D-imaging device comprises a light transmission unit (2) having m (m is an integer of 2 or more) transmission regions with mutually different wavelength dependent transmission factors, a solid imaging element (1), and an image formation unit (3) for forming an image on an imaging surface (1a) of the solid imaging element (1). The solid imaging element (1) is composed of a plurality of unit elements, and each unit element includes n (n is an integer of no less than m) light sensitive cells, and n transmission filters facing the light sensitive cells. The wavelength dependent transmission factors of the n transmission filters are mutually different.
