The method involves making a material discharge port at a lower part of a silo outlet (2) and a slider into a slot-shape, where troughs of a trough drum run over entire axial length of the trough drum. Bulk material is made to fall from the silo outlet to the slider. The bulk material is conveyed to a silo (1) using alternative energy sources and power generators of a conveyor, where the alternative energy sources are designed as a wind-power plants or a solar power plant. A cable drum is flanged on the power generators.
