The invention relates to medicine. The non-contact electromagnetic therapy device comprises a microprocessor controller, a matching device, and an antenna capable of emitting sinusoidal signals. The device is situated inside the body of a mobile device designed on the basis of a mobile telephone or a pocket PC or a communicator or an i-Phone or a smartphone. The power supply is in the form of the rechargeable battery of the mobile device. The electromagnetic therapy device comprises a (DDS) synthesizer of sinusoidal signals with a frequency of 0.1-900000 Hz and a sampling rate of 0.01 Hz, and a generator of a single sideband signal (SSB) having an amplitude modulation with a lower or upper single sideband with an intensity of 0.1 V/m2 and a carrier frequency of from 20 to 30 MHz. The (SSB) generator is connected to the output of the frequency synthesizer, and the microprocessor controller is connected to the frequency synthesizer.
