<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric vibration piece in which vibration of a vibration arm is stabilized by preventing vibration of a vibration arm from leaking to the proximal side. <P>SOLUTION: Since an arm root 4 has an arm width W1 larger than the arm width W of a vibration arm 3 but smaller than the interval P of two vibration arms 3, and has a predetermined length of a portion wider than the arm width W of a vibration arm 3, rigidity is imparted to the vibration arm 3. Consequently, vibration of the vibration arm 3 is prevented from leaking to the proximal side 2, and thereby vibration of the vibration arm 3 and vibration frequency of a crystal vibration piece 1 can be stabilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
