<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source support member capable of fixing a light source in high accuracy and downsizing, and to provide a light source device. <P>SOLUTION: The light source support member has: a light source insertion hole (31) in which a light source (10) or a light source unit (20) having a light source is inserted; and a screw insertion hole (33) which is arranged in a row with the light source insertion hole (31) and into which a screw (50) is inserted, wherein the light source support member (30) is fixed to a base member of the light source device by the screw (50).
