<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform re-installation during exchange by leaving a fitted object as it is. <P>SOLUTION: A guard includes: a cylindrical section 1 installed on an outer face of a remote insulation operation rod 100 by adhesion; and a draining skirt section 2 extending from the cylindrical section 1 to an outer oblique downward direction in a bevel shape. In an insulation guard 200 where an inner periphery of the cylindrical section 1 is set to be an adhesion face 3 to an outer face of the remote insulation operation rod 100, the cylindrical section 1 and the draining skirt section 2 are cut at appropriate number of places in a circumferential direction, and end faces facing each other in a cut section 4 are mutually set to be adhesion faces 5.
