<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of information on a piece of component data with an imminent expiration date for use when the same exists in the component data used in electric document data and to get through to the user that there is a piece of component data with an approaching expiration date for use other than the piece of component data with the imminent expiration date for use when editing the electric document data. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention sets a warning condition which is a criterion for notifying a person in charge of a fact that an expiration date of a component is imminent as well as a reminder condition which is the criterion for notifying the person in charge of the fact that the expiration date of the component is approaching. When electric document data which uses a piece of component data meeting the warning condition exists, the present invention notifies the person in charge of that effect. Also, when the person in charge who receives a notification edits the electric document data, the present invention displays the piece of the component data meeting the reminder condition together with the piece of the component data meeting the warning condition in an identifiable manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
