<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap gate which prevents fall of a protective sheet or a bag body at low material, processing, and manufacturing costs, even for a high water pressure application such as use in an overflow weir for water level adjustment of a dam lake. <P>SOLUTION: A flap gate comprises a door body 5 which is supported by the bottom 2a of a channel 2 and rotatable between an upstream raised position U and a downstream fallen position D, and bag bodies 12A and 12B which are disposed on the downstream side of the door body 5. The bag bodies 12A and 12B are accommodated in protective sheets 13A and 13B for protection. The protective sheets 13A and 13B have tip parts 13a and 13b which are vertically laminated to each other and bonded to each other to form a sheet. The tip parts 13a and 13b of the protective sheets 13A and 13B are fastened from above with a bolt penetrating from an upper metal fitting 14B, through a bolt hole 13c in the tip parts 13a and 13b of the protective sheets 13A and 13B, to a lower metal fitting 14a, so as to be tightly held in a bent state between concave and convex parts 14a and 14b, and detachably fixed to the bottom of the channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
