<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "electronic apparatus" for reducing a required load on processing of screen information when the screen information from a portable information terminal is not selected. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 40 of the present invention can display screen information to be provided from a portable terminal 20, where connection to be a terminal mode with the portable terminal 20 is established (S201), the screen information is received from the portable terminal 20, and the screen information is displayed. When a medium held by the electronic apparatus 40 is selected by a user (S202), the screen information is changed over into the application screen of the selected medium (S203).
