<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device which reduces sliding resistance of a piston and oil consumption, while enhancing lubricating performance and cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the oil supply device 1 of the piston 10, the piston 10 includes a pair of expanded portions 13b expanded from an intake side end portion of a pin boss portion 13 towards a skirt portion 12 in an intake side facing the end portions, a pair of oil introducing holes 18 opened in lower ends of the expanded portions 13b, and oil supply passages 19a-19c connecting the oil introducing holes 18 and a land portion 14 between an oil ring groove 17 and a second ring groove 16. The piston 10 further includes a first oil injection nozzle 22 injecting a lubricating oil to an opening 18a of the oil introducing holes 18, a second oil injection nozzle 32 injecting a cooling oil to a rear face 11b of a piston crown portion 11 on a side of the skirt portion 12 in an exhaust side, and a baffle member 7 which can supply the lubricating oil to the opening 18a of the oil introducing holes 18 only when the piston 10 is rising. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
