<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitting machine whose knitting needle can structurally and easily move between an operation position and a non-operation position under a favorable force condition and in which a needle bed can be prepared in a longitudinal direction of the knitting needle. <P>SOLUTION: A knitting needle 10 which is installed on a needle bed 100 of a knitting machine has a driving bat 4 at a rear end and the driving bat 4 is capable of sinking into the needle bed 100 and of lifting itself onto the needle bed and the knitting needle 10 has a needle bottom face NB and any part of the knitting needle 10 does not protrude from the needle bottom face NB. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
