<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive press-working apparatus which makes warm press-forming work attainable, in which, heat generated during performing the warm press-forming work does not cause negative effect on the peripheral part. <P>SOLUTION: In the progressive press-working apparatus 10 in which press-working parts 200 by which a plurality of steps are performed are arranged on a die base 100 along the conveying direction of a workpiece and the press-working parts 200 perform the plurality of steps to the workpiece W to manufacture a product, the press-working parts 200 have heating parts 400 for heating the press-working range Wa of the workpiece W, each warm press-forming part (drawing part) 500 performing warm press-forming in the state where the press-working range Wa after press-working is held at prescribed temperature, and each cold press-forming part (punching part) 600 performing cold press-working of the press-working range Wa warm press-formed after warm press-forming.
